Warranty Policy

Warranty Policy

Havoc is committed to providing authentic and reliable sports and fitness products to our customers.

Where a product includes a manufacturer’s warranty or a specific warranty provided by Havoc, the applicable warranty terms will be communicated through the relevant product page, invoice, warranty card, quotation, or order confirmation.

Warranty coverage, duration, and conditions may vary depending on the specific product and its applicable warranty terms.

1. Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage may apply to manufacturing defects or specific components in accordance with the applicable product warranty.

Warranty duration and coverage may vary from one product to another.

Customers should refer to the warranty information provided with the specific product to understand the applicable coverage, duration, and conditions.

2. Warranty Does Not Automatically Cover Physical Damage

Unless specifically stated otherwise, warranty coverage generally does not include damage resulting from:

  • Accident;

  • Physical impact;

  • Misuse;

  • Negligence;

  • Improper installation;

  • Unauthorized repair;

  • Unauthorized modification;

  • Water or liquid damage;

  • Electrical surge or irregular voltage;

  • Fire;

  • Pest damage;

  • Commercial use outside the specified conditions;

  • Improper storage;

  • Failure to follow operating instructions; or

  • Normal wear and tear.

The determination of whether an issue falls within the applicable warranty coverage will be subject to inspection and verification where required.

3. Consumable and Wear-and-Tear Components

Components that are subject to normal wear and tear may have limited or no warranty coverage unless specifically stated otherwise.

Examples may include:

  • Belts;

  • Cables;

  • Grips;

  • Upholstery;

  • Batteries;

  • Covers;

  • Bearings;

  • Consumable components; and

  • Other wear-related parts.

The applicable product warranty will determine whether and to what extent such components are covered.

4. Installation

Where professional installation is required or recommended, customers should follow the applicable installation instructions and requirements.

Damage resulting from incorrect assembly, improper installation, or failure to follow applicable installation instructions may not be covered under warranty.

5. Warranty Claim Process

Customers requesting warranty service may be required to provide the following information:

  • Order or invoice number;

  • Product name;

  • Product serial number;

  • Warranty card, where applicable;

  • Description of the issue;

  • Photographs or videos;

  • Proof of purchase; and

  • Any other information reasonably required for diagnosis or verification.

Havoc may require the product to be inspected before determining whether the reported issue is covered under the applicable warranty.

6. Repair, Replacement, or Parts

Depending on the applicable warranty terms and the nature of the issue, the available remedy may include:

  • Technical inspection;

  • Repair;

  • Replacement of defective parts;

  • Replacement of the product; or

  • Another applicable remedy.

The specific remedy will depend on the applicable product warranty, the nature of the defect, the technical assessment, and the circumstances of the claim.

7. Warranty Service Time

Warranty service time may vary depending on several factors, including:

  • Product type;

  • Technical diagnosis;

  • Spare-part availability;

  • Product availability;

  • Manufacturer requirements;

  • Customer location; and

  • Service requirements.

Any estimated service timeframe is provided for guidance only and does not necessarily constitute a guaranteed completion date.

8. Warranty and Product Transfer

Warranty eligibility may depend on the original purchaser, invoice, product serial number, warranty card, or other applicable product terms.

Customers are advised to retain their purchase documentation and warranty-related documents for the duration of the applicable warranty period.

9. No Warranty Without Proof Where Required

Where proof of purchase is required for warranty service, customers may need to provide the original invoice, order information, warranty card, or other acceptable proof of purchase.

Failure to provide the required documentation may affect the ability to process or verify a warranty claim.

10. Third-Party Repairs

Unauthorized repair, modification, alteration, or servicing may void applicable warranty coverage.

Customers should contact Havoc before arranging repairs or technical services from unauthorized service providers for products that remain under warranty.

11. Warranty for Wholesale and Corporate Orders

Wholesale, corporate, institutional, gym, club, and bulk orders may be subject to specific warranty conditions stated in the applicable:

  • Quotation;

  • Invoice;

  • Purchase agreement; or

  • Product documentation.

Where specific written warranty terms have been provided for such an order, those terms will apply to the relevant order.

12. Warranty Terms and Applicable Conditions

The applicable warranty coverage is determined by the warranty terms associated with the specific product.

Customers should carefully review the warranty information provided with their product and retain all relevant purchase and warranty documentation.

Where a manufacturer-specific warranty applies, the manufacturer’s applicable warranty terms may also govern the scope, duration, exclusions, and service conditions of the warranty.

Havoc reserves the right to verify warranty claims and determine the appropriate warranty service or remedy in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.
